Terms of Use
Last updated: October 17, 2026
By using 3Bets you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
A game, not gambling
3Cash is pretend money. It has no real-world value, can't be cashed out, exchanged, sold or transferred for money or anything of value, and you can never win real money or prizes in 3Bets. 3Bets is entertainment only and does not offer real-money gambling.
Who can play
You must be at least 17 years old to use 3Bets.
Your account
Keep your login code private; anyone with it can use your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Account → Delete my account).
Community rules
3Bets has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Usernames, profile pictures, bet descriptions and comments must not contain:
- harassment, bullying, threats or hate speech;
- sexual, violent or otherwise offensive content;
- spam, scams or personal information about other people;
- anything illegal.
Bad words are filtered automatically. You can report any comment and block any player from inside the app. Comments that several players report are hidden automatically, and we review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and remove the accounts of players who post it.
Sports data
Scores and stats come from public sources and may occasionally be late or wrong. Bets are settled from the final results we receive; if a game is canceled or a player doesn't play, bets on it are refunded in 3Cash.
Changes and ending the service
We may change the game, its rules or these terms, or remove accounts that break them. 3Bets is provided "as is", without warranties.
